LIGASANO white is an elastic polyurethane foam roll  with therapeutic action with a wide range of applications in the treatment and prevention of wounds. The therapeutic action is based on the following three physical principles. Mechanical stimulation: improves blood circulation in the wound and at the point of contact with the skin, which facilitates the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the damaged area, and also works as a preventive measure on intact skin areas. Stimulates normal body functions locally, especially in the case of bedridden or inactive patients. Mechanical stimulation is effective for up to 3 days; then the LIGASANO dressing must be replaced.

Терапевтическое действие основано на следующих трех физических принципах. Механическая стимуляция: улучшает кровообращение в ране и в месте контакта с кожей, что облегчает поступление питательных веществ и кислорода к поврежденному участку, а также действует в качестве профилактического средства на неповрежденных участках кожи. Стимулирует нормальные функции организма локально, особенно у лежачих или малоподвижных пациентов. Механическая стимуляция эффективна до 3 дней; затем повязку LIGASANO необходимо заменить.
