(Atrauman Ag) - a sterile ointment dressing coated with silver, intended for infected wounds and wounds with an increased risk of infection. It has high antibacterial properties, coated with a hydrophilic ointment of triglycerides. It is air- and vapor-permeable. Silver ions have an antimicrobial effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including MRSA strains). Thus, the load on the patient's immune system and the risk of infection are reduced.
